By creating an account or using Ladle, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Ladle is a meal-planning app that saves recipes, builds weekly plans and grocery lists, and offers optional macro tracking.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to hold an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Guest mode lets you use Ladle without an account, with your data kept on your device.

Ladle Plus is $39.99 per year or $5.99 per month and includes a 7-day free trial.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until canceled.

Refunds are handled according to the App Store and Google Play policies that apply to your purchase.

Recipes you save and notes you write belong to you.

You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only as needed to provide the service.

Do not scrape the service, abuse the import endpoints, or resell access to Ladle.

Do not use Ladle to break the law or to infringe the rights of others.

Macros and nutrition figures are estimates, not medical or nutritional advice.

Recipes that are generated or remixed are best-effort and are not guaranteed to be accurate or safe. Use your own judgment, especially around allergens and food safety.

Ladle is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind.

To the extent permitted by law, Surge Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using Ladle at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you in the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Surge Studios LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
