Terms of service

By using Ladle you agree to these terms. You must be able to enter a binding agreement and be at least 18 years old.

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risks.

You own the recipes and plans you save. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them so we can sync them across your devices, generate variations on request (remix), and surface relevant suggestions.

Recipes you import from public sources remain the property of their original creators; Ladle imports a structured copy for your personal use and does not redistribute it.

Plus is a subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. Pricing, billing cycle, renewal, and included features are shown at the time of purchase.

A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel from your Apple ID settings. Purchases are final except where the platform or applicable law requires otherwise.

Do not break the law, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload malicious content, or reverse engineer the app.

Ladle provides general information, not professional, nutritional, or medical advice. Recipe imports, macro estimates, and remixes are produced by AI models and may contain errors. Cook with judgment, especially around food safety, allergens, and substitutions for medical diets.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Surge Studios is not liable for indirect damages or data loss, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

You can delete your account at any time from the Data and privacy screen. We may suspend accounts that abuse the import or remix flows.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, except where conflicting requirements apply.
